So far, so good. I am still waiting to see how much recording I can get out of the 32gb card until it starts to overwrite. I have mine on the 5 minute cycle. When you push the save button it puts it into its own folder which is good but I need to check whether it does the cycle or only up until you push the save, might be important. The dc connector does not work in all of my plug-ins and is hard to get it into some of them. Don't know if it is the connector or the vehicle but it has happened in two different vehicle. I have several icons on the screen that are not explained in the manual so are somewhat of a mystery. The play back on the computer is crystal clear and shows the time for each cycle so you don't have to play each one to see what it is if you noted the time of an event even if it wasn't saved. They are all there in whatever recorded time you chose until they begin to over write. All in all well worth the money and worlds better than the cheaper ones out there.As a follow up I would say about 4-5 hours of being on to fill up the card. Anything you save will not erase which is the point. It does seem like it saves when you slam the car doors when getting out, especially if you have it on delay turn-off. Still the pictures from the trip are crystal clear and the audio is fairly good. I'm thinking of getting another so I don't have to keep moving from car to car but that is easy to do. Would like to have coverage when both vehicles are in use.

It was great when it worked, but lasted less than a year. I do not recommend this Dash Cam.

If you're parked with the car on the camera shuts off whenever it wants to. So if you're going to use this for a police stop it's probably not the best camera. While you're driving the screen will come on whatever it wants to. Its operation is inconsistent.

Camera has blinked off and on ever since it was 2 months old... Its not the cord, so it has to be the camera.. Hard to set up and operate.. Stay away from this camera... Junk

1st -customer service is 5 stars ....2nd - the camera is small , has great picture and comes complete with card ... 3rd .... some buttons only worked sporadically (I believe I got a defective unit ). Return process was very easy with fast response from seller . Would buy from this seller again

I purchased this dash-cam about 3 weeks ago and have had it running. Installation was a snap, but instructions are a bit confusing. Now to the good part: I just viewed the 5 minute segments on my PC (instructions on this are very detailed) and man, does the video look clear!Mind you, with the 32GB card included, I counted 51 5-minute segments saved to the cam. That's 4 hours 15 minutes total. Easy to switch to the next 5-minute segment on my PC.Now if I could only find in the manual how to save one segment so that it doesn't get wiped while looping.... Thinking about buying another for our other car - actually not if, but when.

Five stars! I've been wanting to have a dash cam for a while and with so many options out there on the market. I finally decided to go with this one and I am so pleased. It's super easy to set up and get started and it captures great, clear video.

Does the job well. Played back the video and it has a great picture. I wish the built in battery was longer lasting and the product would be perfect. Otherwise i have no complaints.
