Not user friendly
Package arrived open. Some loose items with lot of screws with no installation instruction manual.. they make you add the service for installation.. Havent installed it yet but I am not feeling confortable hanging a 55” Tv with those small screws that came along.. when pulling the TV back and forth for sure the screws will become loose
