A little expensive, and a little salty... and it's NOT quite as good as real veggies and fruit...
One can of this in the morning is better than no veg at all. But it really tastes like soup... albeit, cold salty soup. And when you tried a couple more cans (get some palette cleanser in between) you start to realize, this ain't too bad... But it is a bit... expensive. But it's a great way to add some fiber and more to your diet.
