Not what I expected at all
I use balsamic vinegar on its own as a simple and fat free salad dressing. Decided to try this because I couldn't get my preferred brand. Compared to every other white balsamic vinegar I've tried, it's very sharp and leaves a strong aftertaste -- might be OK as an ingredient but certainly not to my taste for the way I would use it. I disliked it so much that I threw most of it away.
