Sewing for a Royal Baby: 22 Heirloom Patterns for Your Little Prince or Princess

The book is brilliant, I love it. Sadly, the patterns are all on a CD-Rom - now outdated. It's very disappointing. I wouldn't have bought it had it said I would need a CD-Rom player.

I particularly like the step by step diagrams on bullions, as a lot of other books only show you the first few stages, so the book is worth it for that clarification. The diagrams are clear and well thought out.Don't know why, but I was a little disappointed with this book and expected more from it, in terms of the projects to make up..I thought I would find the perfect christening gown for me to make in this book, but I will work from Embroidered Christening Gowns book that I have, published by Inspirations (Country Bumpkin).

This book is great. I've used two patterns and am getting ready to start another. The CD is very useful too. I'm very imptessed

there is no single project I could get started with. patterns look nice but not approachable.

Beautiful designs

A little disappointing. The projects are so elaborate and rather unwearable.

Wonderful book. Beautiful patterns. good instructions. Clear pictures. Made 3 pieces in a week.

I have to make a christening gown for my best friends daughter, the techniques are superb, can't wait to try them.
