Ecozone Kettle & Iron Descaler | Easy Use Sachets | Powerful Limescale Removal

Excellent sachets to clean your kettle of limescale and great value for money. It’s easy to use and keep on top of it on a regular basis.

It's great stuff but it is just citric acid. You can buy 1kg for £7 compared to Ecozone at 20g x 3 for £3.20 (usually £4.36). I didn't notice it was literally 1 ingredient until after I bought it then felt a like I had been had.

These sachets are incredibly easy to use and definitely get rid of a good amount of buildup in both my kettle and iron. However, for heavier limescale, I found that it didn't completely clear everything out in one go. It works well for regular maintenance, but I wish the formula was just a bit stronger to handle tougher scaling without needing a second attempt.

Works really well in kettle - just add to hot water, leave and rinse out. Can be reheated if there's leftover scale. It took the kettle from scaled to a complete shine in one use, did take a few reheat cycles. I also love that this stuff is mostly citric acid - it washes out easily just by rinsing a few times. Just wish it could keep the scales away for longer!

I purchased the Ecozone Kettle and Iron Descaler as I live in a hard water area and it doesnt take long before the kettle is full of limescale. The product is really easy and simple to use although is not as effective as some others I have used in the passed. The product worked well getting the limescale of the bottom of the kettle but not as good removing from the glass. I tried twice and the glass still wasnt clean. Overall not bad and relatively inexpensive but i think better to pay a few pounds more and get the better products.

Brilliant product...took a while to clean an iron which was long overdue but it removed all the dirt! Highly recommend.

Pretty good. I have used it on my Tefal iron. It was either this or binning my iron. My iron seems to be working better and lets hope this continues. When using solution for the iron, wide open window and ventilated space is a must, because it needs to be steamed out. Solution does have a smell and make sure to wear protective goggles. I had steam in my eyes couple of times and it's stings! Also keep away from kids and animals, very stong stuff.

I followed the instructions and it was completely clean after. Easy to follow instructions, not too much of a hassle. The instructions say if it doesn't get all of the scale out the first try just redo it but every single bit of it was gone the first try. I will continue to use this in my kettle until it proves me otherwise.
