CeraVe Baby Diaper Rash Cream, 3 Ounce

My daughter has really sensitive skin we have tried everything and by everything I mean drugstore,prescription creams remedies etc and thanks to her pediatrician we found out about cerave tired of trying so many products didn't hold my hopes up but decided to give it a try and the results were amazingly surprising by the second application on the first day her severe rash was 70%gone and we had that problem for over 3 weeks!!! For all the mommies out there I'll absolutely recommend cerave I hope like for us this would help you. Now we always have the cream on hand and we had never struggled with a rash or irritation again!!! It works

My favorite diaper cream for my daughter was discontinued, so I have since been on a quest to find one that didn't smell, for sensitive skin, and worked well. I've tried many. This one was promising as we recently switched to their soap and I use their sunblock. (Our previous diaper cream brand also had a baby soap we used that changed formula and made ME break out now). Anyway, I purchased this diaper cream after looking at the ingredients and deciding it was worth a try. I opened it up, removed the safety seal, and applied a bit of pressure to the tube, like I used on my prior cream. Instead of a nice inch of diaper cream on my finger, a stream of white lotion erupted from the vessel, all over my hand in a runny unpleasantly smelling mess.The only positive is that it didn't give her a rash. But it wasn't thick enough to prevent one either.

This review is for the CeraVe Diaper Rash Cream. I just wanted to say that I usually really love CeraVe products and I truly had high hopes for this product. Let's start out saying that this cream does have the usual luxurious creamy feel that are typical for CeraVe lotions. It is very light and not thick at all. After putting this on my little one, there were no messy fingers to wipe off. For these reasons, I gave the product 2 stars instead of 1. I used this cream as a rash preventative as opposed to a treatment, and at the time of use, my little one had absolutely no rash. The next day, after using this product, my baby was covered in rash. Needless to say, I had to return it.

it is like moisturizer with zinc, for me it makes not enough barrier , because it quickly sinks to the skin what could be a plus, because it doesn't leave residue, but it depends on purpose for using that cream, for baby's it must be very delicate and easy to spread.

Expected a more lasting cream.

We have been using this cream for three months now and I just ordered my second tube. We have never had to apply this more than once a day to keep my daughter diaper rash free. I have already recommended this to a friend and plan to continue using it as long as my daughter is in diapers.

This product didn't clear up my daughters rash at all. I used it for 3 days with no improvement on my baby's bum so I switched to a different brand and it clears up her rash overnight.

Really nice product! This cream is so gentle and effective. I use it preventatively on my 2 month old and we have not had any diaper rash issues yet. Especially slather on a lot before bed for those 4 hour stretches of sleep when I don't dare wake him up for a diaper change.
