Works As Intended
This is a decently made product that worked well for my application. I wish I didn't need quite so many different bits of harness just to add an aux port to my head unit (wiring harness 1, wiring harness 2, PDX itself with yet another input wire), but I did manage to get it working successfully. It was very hard finding room to put all the wiring, connectors and PDX behind the head unit, especially since there isn't enough wire to route the PDX anywhere else, but I did succeed eventually. Now I have a functional aux input in the console/armrest of my 2001 Audi A4, at the cost of the trunk-mounted CD changer.
