Love this pre workout especially compared to competitors. Yes, it will make you itchy but most pre workouts will because of the beta al in it. It might also cause you to poop about 1 hr after drinking it too. If you want a clean pre workout that works… this is it. Taste is fine and good compared to a lot of competitors. I wish it was organic but happy with the ingredients. I also love that it gives me a boost all day.

I’ve been using this product for several months now and it’s got a solid balance between ingredients, impact and flavor. Doesn’t leave me itchy or jittery. Just a good extra kick when I’m rolling out of bed and getting my workout started.

So for about a week I got horrifyingly sick while drinking this and I didnt realize it might be because of this (i think my body just wasnt used to the volume of caffeine at 4 am). The tingles suck but i did figure out that if i had a power bar before drinking this it lessened the itchiness. Also I drink mine like 15 minutes before because at 30 minutes I'm full on ready to go. Taste isn't great but neither have any of the other preworkouts I've had so that doesnt really phase me.

I bought the berry lemonade flavor for me and my son to use and we really liked it. We bought the strawberry Lemonade one to try and different flavor. I didn’t realize this but there are to these 2 ingredients in the strawberry lemonade version called Beta-Alanine and also Caffeine. The Beta-Alanine caused itching and my son also reported he felt more tired on this version. The scoop provided for the strawberry lemonade flavor also came with a bigger scooper that was 4grams more per serving. We were NOT big fans of these changes and how it made us feel. I am disappointed with the product and it was very odd that the ingredients differed so much per flavor of the pre-workout. I learned a lesson to check the ingredients before just assuming they would be the same per flavor.

My daughter loves this stuff it dissolves easily into her drink such a high quality product and the flavor is very enjoyable. Great value for the money. Helps with energy without feeling jittery.

Great preworkout if you are looking for something that has natural sweetener. Gives good boost of energy. Taste is ok, tolerable. Definitely helps me perform better for weight lifting and gives energy for cardio.

Gives me just the boost I need to power through tough workouts. I like the tingling sensation it gives you, it’s just enough that you know it is working.

Really liked the all natural ingredients however I am too sensative to the Beta Alinine. It gives me tingles, makes me itchy all over even after days of having it, and it caused flushing (randomly in my ears). It also doesn't dissolve very well, the taste is ok at best (kind of sour). It did help me during my workouts and I didn't notice tingling during my workouts. However it's not worth losing sleep over so i will be returning.
