Multi-Purpose Strong Cable Ties (Pack of 100), 50 lbs, Black, Self Locking Zip Ties (12 inch)

These cable ties have literally changed my life. Before these arrived from the Amazon company, I was unable to tie things together. But that all changed once these babies arrived. Now, I am a cable tying fool, tying together everything from loose wires to loose branches. I really cannot express in words how much my wirld has improved since receiving this product. Thank you Amazon company. Thank you ever so much.

I bought 5 different packs of ties. Tested them and this one was not a winner..BUT after using them, It got worse, 1 out of 10 FAILED, and that was only tightening it by HAND!They failed in two ways, some the LOCK never even grabbed. The second really surprised me, just pulling the end through, it broke about two inches from the end, before even tightening.WAIT! Just did another test, I just bent the tie backwards and a lot of them broke at the same 2" mark.My entire bag is now in the trash.

"Everyone should have some zip ties at home." My in-laws told us this when we moved, so we bought this package, and I've been surprised at how useful they are! I used some to hang a curtain to hide a storage shelf, some to steady a wire rack on top of a wire shelf, and with kids we are always coming up with projects. Very useful when you need them, andwonderfully inexpensive!

Good price for the quantity - regular zip ties - not as large as I thought (my fault, did not check size). Cannot secure the deck cover that I wanted to use them for - But still useful for other projects.

Use for many things like garden hoses for winter, support for vegetable plants and electrical cabling. I usually keep a variety on hand. I use a square PVC railing with cut outs and assort by size in shop. Also in work truck, I drill multiple hole sizes in a 1" PVC pipe and hand ties. Simple but very effective.

These zip ties worked very well and the plastic was very sturdy. It doesn't seem like they'll break, and even if they do, the package came with a lot so there's more than enough to replace any that break. I used them to attach a milk crate to the bike rack on my bicycle and they worked great.

I recieved these yesterday, to hold a cloth privacy screen on to a balcony, I dont know if I got a set of old ones but they kept snapping in half, and some lost the clasp as soon as I introduced the other end of the cable tie. Out of 100 More than 30 broke and some more broke over night, the price is fair but if you have a large project make sure to get two bags because these will break easily so dont count on the full 100.

We purchased over 1000 of these for attaching to a wire holding a light weight deer fence. We quickly became frustrated as at least 1 out of 3 ties broke as you were trying to lightly attach the tie to the wire. They either snapped along the tail so that it could not be tightened, snapped just behind the fastening mechanism, or the mechanism that allows the anchor to beam fell out of the tie... these are a waste of money! Spend a few cents more and get a thicker tie that will actually hold together when you fasten them!
