Been doing my own builder gel nails for years and this is such an easy beginner friendly gel! It’s a little thick to help prevent flooding but not too thick that you can’t work it around. This builder is strong and last me until I’m ready to remove! The colors are a perfect neutral base or can be worn alone with no design!

Game changer!! It really helped with my very paper thin nails! And now I’m adding nail tips . Just watch how to videos they help! I’m getting much better on applying the gel. It is a bit tricky. But you will appreciate it mostly if you have very very thin nails.

I’ve loaded several pics so you can see reality of the process. It’s definitely for the diyer!! The clear is hard to see in order to know how much product you’re putting on. I used paper sticker forms and the first layer was hilarious but I used a cuticle clipper and scissors to get them in a filable shape. Then I used a pumice stone style nail file plus I have a motorized nail file to shape. It’s not easy but I finally got something that looked like nails compared to my nubby nonexistent nails. I followed up with a very milky white rubber base (Aimeili brand, RB431) and a top coat. I wasn’t going for long nails, just ANY nails and this is using my left hand so not bad considering I’m a righty. With practice I hope to get them more uniform in length but if you see where I started from then it does work well. Now time will test to see how long they last!

I LOVE this brand! But it’s the the only one I’ve tried so far. I have no plans to switch! I’ve been using it for a while, both on myself and clients. My nails are stronger and grow longer with the overlay, but don’t feel heavy like with acrylic. And, unlike regular hard builder gel, it has just enough give. I smashed my finger with this on, and it didn’t even crack (The whole overlay did come of in piece though while washing my hands about an hour after bit the nail under was totally fine!) Pictures show a multitude of ways to use - with a form for extension (chrome rainbow), over tips (moon and Mickey sets), and over just natural nails (one of mine broke when I didn’t have the base coat on in between sets so it’s shorter)

I cannot rave about this enough. 3 coats makes it acrylic strength, & proper prep made it last 4+ weeks! It takes a bit of a learning curve but I promise you, if you get the prep right it will do wonders!! I find that skipping base coat and jumping straight in with this made my nails last longer. What works for me is: trim your nails, push back the cuticles, wash (with soap), air dry, then wipe clean with acetone (twice & wipe those nooks & crannies, cuticles etc) and if you can, apply a dehydrator, wipe any excess that goes on the skin, work in thin layers, fully cure, and babyyyy at least 3 weeks with strong nails!! Oil & dust will be your enemy, which is normally with any nail product. I couldn’t grow my nails out until I got this product. I highly recommend, I’ve repurchased time & time again since the pandemic. Bye bye nail salons! PS I chose this set even though its not my neatest mani, but there’s no base color, just the rubber base, white French tips & top coat.
