I should have got a water filter years ago. The water quality is much bettee. The Britta cartridges can be expensive to replace, but I guess it's worth it. Much better than buying water bottles. Daughter only drinks water and she can taste the difference. Good, simple design. Easy to wash and clean. Fits in fridge durung summer (if you want). We use the water for drinking, cooking and even for the fish tank.

I have always bought Brita water filters as they are great quality. This item is no exception. Easy to set up and had fresh water within minutes. I also purchased the limescale filters as I live in a hard water area. My kettle is not suffering anymore! The only downside I had was when setting up the instruction tell you to remove the foil strip on the digital meter. I could not find the foil and took the the little digital display out using a small flat head screwdriver. I still couldn;t find the foil strip. Just replaced the unit and pressed the start button after flushing through twice. It works perfectly and fits nicely in my fridge door. So I now have lovely cold water that's cheaper and more environmentally friendly than buying bottled water.

it is good, but does not last so long

This water filter jug is the best one I purchased. I love the lid with its opening. It's so easy to use and quite stylish. I can fill it without getting water everywhere and most of all it is cheaper than my other filter jugs. I'm pleased it comes with 3 filters. My other filter jug cost me £11, but I had to pay £14 for filters. So I would say this one is good value for money. The filtered water is so clear and has a nice taste. My cups of tea taste much better.

My jug was delivered next day very well packaged and in perfect condition. This is a replacement for my current one, which has seen better days. So convenient and easy to use. Makes a huge difference to my water which is very hard in this area. Makes the tea taste much better. Very good value for money, I would highly recommend.

These are good jugs at a good price . I usually just buy a new one every couple years if good offer is on. They’re durable, replacement filters easy to acquire , clear colour with white lid enables you to see and yack should it form . Handy for fridge door storage .

Does the job.

I’ve been using this carafe for over a year now and have to say it really changed my daily consumption of water. Water has much better taste and can store in the fridge for cold temperature. Much recommended!

Great size and works well water tastes great

Después de muchos años comprando garrafas de agua (en nuestro caso Bezoya de 8 litros), decidimos probar esta BRITA Marella con filtros MAXTRA PRO. Vivimos en una zona con agua bastante dura y buscábamos reducir la compra de agua embotellada sin renunciar a un buen sabor. La jarra llegó perfectamente protegida, incluye dos filtros sellados individualmente y la puesta en marcha apenas lleva unos minutos gracias a las instrucciones ilustradas. Además, tiene un tamaño muy práctico y cabe perfectamente en la puerta de la nevera. Durante los primeros usos aparecen pequeñas gotas adheridas al interior de la jarra. Al principio pensé que podía ser un defecto, pero es completamente normal y desaparecen con el uso. El cambio de sabor respecto al agua del grifo se nota desde el primer momento. Todavía es pronto para compararla con el agua embotellada que consumíamos habitualmente, pero las primeras sensaciones son muy buenas. Otro motivo por el que la compramos fue reducir la cantidad de plástico que generábamos. Esperamos dejar de comprar tantas garrafas y, además, los filtros pueden reciclarse a través de los puntos de recogida autorizados de BRITA o, donde exista ese servicio, en puntos limpios colaboradores. De momento estamos muy satisfechos con la compra. Si con el paso de las semanas mantiene la calidad del agua y la duración del filtro cumplen lo esperado, habrá sido una inversión muy acertada. Actualizaré esta reseña tras un tiempo de uso y añadiré una fotografía de cómo queda colocada en la puerta de la nevera para que otros compradores puedan hacerse una mejor idea de su tamaño y de cómo encaja en el uso diario.
