Model 75 cm with odour sensor and remote. item working fine as desired and odor sensor works ok. whether it is sensing the odour or not i do not know. but if odour sensor is on, the fan works for about one minute after it is made off. it is good that finally there is no smell left in the kitchen. the noise level is also less as compared to my previous Kutchina chimney. It has been a week, it has been installed. So actual performance yet to be seen. My cooktop is 70 mm wide 3 burner type , so i decided to buy 75 cm chimney. The company gives comprehensive warranty for two years and 12 years on motors which is a good thing. but with condition that you have to get it cleaned by authorised service center twice a year on payment basis. Overall it is a good buy.

I ordered this Chimney for my Mom’s kitchen during the Prime Days because the discount was great. The service team from Faber called the same day the chimney was delivered and visited to take measurements. Since the kitchen was in the middle of the remodel, we couldn’t get it installed right away. But the people at Faber were understanding, supportive and helpful and agreed to install it on a later day. I called them today and they came by within an hour and installed it. The installation was quick and perfect, they also demonstrated the use and operation of the chimney and how it should be cleaned for upkeep. As for the effectiveness of the product, I can test it in a couple of days once the remodel is complete and my Mom can use her kitchen again.

4 stars because it is overpriced. The product is reasonably good. Many aspects are not clear from the description of the product on the webpage: We are replacing an existing Faber Chimney so much of the note below is with that consideration. 1. The new chimney is hung via clips and the clips are located near the very top of the pipe covering hood. While this is easier to install, I feel it is less safe than the previous one which was installed on clamps. 2. The hood is smaller in length than the older chimney models. Note that the hood cannot be separated from the chimney, unlike the previous models. Also, the blowhole is slightly left of centre. 3. The new chimney is definitely noisier, so factor that in. 4. It has a remote that I felt is redundant, because it also has gesture control, so definitely the price can come down. Ultimately it is just a poor exhaust fan with some fancy electronics in a glitzy aluminium box. 5. The real difference between the 75cm and the 60 cm is the size of the bent glass!! Everything else is the same. 6. It was well packed and came damage free. 7. We did not fix the Aluminium exhaust, preferring to reuse our existing exhaust system, but if you are preparing to use a chimney for the first time, there is some effort to put a hole through your wall.

Good product. Easy installation.

Writing this review right after installation. Product: Received the product with lose screws on top glass without washer for 3 screws. Later the installation person added the washer and made it alright. This could be a package issues or may be the glass was replaced with an old product. Installation: was smooth. They'll call you and come to your place. They drilled the hole without dust. And took care of proper installation. Cost: chimney 18500/- Service 600/- Hole drilling 1200/- Aluminium pipe 1350/- Need to review after a month on performance and suction.

Overall Good product, due to following issue i reduced my star from 4 to 3 Here is the experience of 3 months of usage - within 3 months display got an issue where the touchable display was not working and stuck to level 3 due to some panel issue, After sales service is good they come at my place within 3 to5 working days and change the panel so happy on that part only disappointment is how come it's getting issue within 3 month of usage that make me doubt about product quality. Here are some pros and cons based on my experience Pros - Good After Sales Service - Good Product Features (Automatic Odor, Operable ways (remote control, touch, hand gestures), Lamp with adjustable brightness, Auto Clean etc) basically feature rich chimney Cons - Some internal parts are i think average quality as i mentioned my touch penal got issue within three months - Noise Level Is High - AMC service changes are high 1500 to 1600 for a year which include one deep clean service and one normal service i think this way this chimney company are fooling the customer because it shouldn't be that much and also they should have some features to handle this anyway. - Noise level is high, Faber needs to work on this area although in the description they mentioned less noise in description but on level 1 it's making too much noise
