-PREMESSE:Ho una Elegoo Mars 3. Uso resine lavabili in acqua con basse esposizioni 25/2.4. Stampo di tutto, da modelli 28mm a modelli 178mm in più parti, riempiendo spesso il piatto della mia cara stampantina.Non avevo problemi di distaccamento dei modelli, solo un pò di usura del piatto, ho voluto provare questa soluzione per curiosità.-PRIMA VALUTAZIONE:Il pacco si presenta bene, con una custodia in cartone rigido a libro contenente il doppio kit (2xpiatti e 2x adesivi magnetici.L'adesivo è un 3M 300LSE ad alte prestazioni. Lo uso per altri impieghi e funziona bene SE viene usato bene. Le piastre sono a primo impatto troppo sottili, si flettono come giusto che sia ma rimane la paura di deformarle. La superficie su entrambi i lati è troppo liscia. Le dimensioni sono corrette per la mia Mars3.Nessuna ISTRUZIONE contenuta.-MONTAGGIO:Per prima cosa ho pensato di pulire bene la piastra originale della Mars. Solventi e carta vetrata fine.Delicatamente ho incollato l'adesivo 3m facendo attenzione a bolle e adesione. Allinearsi appoggiando il lato lungo sul tavolo aiuta molto. E' stata lasciata appoggiata su un tavolo per 2 giorni con circa 2kg di libri a fare peso.La nuova piastra di metallo è stata grattata con carta vetrata a grana media per migliorare l'adesione.-ALLINEAMENTO ASSE Z:Ecco qui con la Mars 3 SERVE un distanziatore. Il solo allineamento sforza molto l'LCD quando si manda a HOME per la riconfigurazione. Si sentono brutti rumori se insistete.Cercate Mars 3 z limit spacer se potete e preparatevi la modifica prima.In alternativa si può rimuovere la molla dal piatto per guadagnare lo spazio necessario. Svitate le due brugole grandi (quelle di bloccaggio del piatto) e quella piccolina più sotto. Estraete la piastra dalla sua sede e mettete da parte la molla. Rimontate tutto.Quando fate l'allineamento lasciate la piastra con le brugole grandi svitate. Stringetele solo dopo averla mandata a HOME, premendo la piastra contro il foglio bianco con una mano. Cosi facendo avrete recuperato diversi millimetri per accomodare la modifica.-RISULTATI:Dopo una trentina di stampe tutto ok. Le stampe aderiscono bene (6 layer con esposizione 25s). La nuova piastra ha una buona tenuta alla parte magnetica. Nessun distaccamento per ora. Le stampe si staccano velocemente flettendo la piastra. Non ci ho guadagnato in velocità ne in qualità, sto solo risparmiando un pò di graffi al piatto originale. Vedremo col tempo.

Il prodotto inizialmente era molto buono ma a lungo andare ha iniziato a deteriorasi, soprattutto con l'uso dell'IPA che mangia in continuazione la colla e il materiale magnetico. Speravo durasse molto di più, tornato al vecchio sistema che funziona sempre anche se spesso si rischia di rovinare il piano di stampa, ma alla fine costa meno comprare un piano nuovo o rettificare il vecchio.

You are almost fooled into thinking the Magnet material is also 3M but it is not. Simply some cheap magentic material, possibly used to make magentic signs for cars.I have been using a flexible build plate from Sovol for my Mars 2 since early 2021 and it has never caused a failed print. The magnet is so strong it's easy to hurt yourself when mounting the plate. I still have the other plate and magnet and I measured the two magnets. The Koyfei is 1/3 thinner than the original Sovol magnet. The steel plates are identical so I can assume they saved money by supplying substandard magnetic material. May be ok for a contractors pickup truck sign but WILL COST YOU MONEY if you buy this sub standard product masquerading as quality!I have had both magnets fail with the stainless build plate simply lifing and ruining the piece, costing me money. I am not builting cutsie minatures but jigs and stamps for engraving and leather work. many of my itrems are lage and almost fill the Mars 3 plate. The cheap, thin magnetic material supplied with these plates are 1/3 thinner than the original Sovol magnetic material in Sovol plates that work so well.I have ordered another set in hopes that the magnets supplied in the first was defective. The 3M adhesive has held firmly after curing for 36 hours under pressure. Since the Mars 3 is a LARGER build area than the 2 the magnets need to be STRONGER not WEAKER!UPDATE: When my second set arrived I found the magnets were just as bad as the first set but then I added the extra magnet to the build plate and then WALA! The plates worked perfectly! As stong or stronger than the original thicker Sovol set I had purchased for my Mars 2 a few years ago. I have run hundreds of prints through the Mars 3 with ZERO failures. The plates perform flawlessly. I have subsequently changed my review based on using both magnetic sheets.

Love these. Magnetic strip stuck really well. Have been using it for a few months and no sign of it coming off. Makes removing prints so much quicker and easier and can just slap the 2nd one on to start the next print.

Nachdem ich mir einen neuen Drucker geleistet habe und die Baufläche deutlich größer ist (19,6x12cm), als bei meinem alten Drucker, habe ich stellenweise Probleme gehabt, die Drucke von der Buildplate abzulösen.Mit dem Magnetblech ist das eine super einfache Sache: einfach das Blech samt Druck von der Magnetschicht abheben, die Blechplatte leich biegen und schon löst sich der Druck von alleine. Klasse Sache.Es ist kein Resin zwischen manetschicht und Blech gelaufen, die Reinigung ging leicht von der Hand, ich bin hoch zufrieden.Einzig die Aufnahme der Buildplate vom Anycubic Mono X2 musste ich etwas nacharbeiten, die Langlöcher waren zu kurz, da die Magnetplatte doch etwas aufträgt und neu gelevelt werden muss.
