The Cordless Neck and Shoulder Heat Wrap

This unit worked one time & one time only...now I have to go through the seller (not Amazon) to get a refund...more to come depending on how the return goes.

Had to return. Didn't fit around neck comfortably but stood away from my neck. I found it too heavy and bulky while wearing it. Overall not pleased with the product
