Because the instructions are vague I completely destroyed the unit.

So, it's really empowering to have a trifield EF meter. That being said, I'm still not entirely sure this product helps in all areas, but I think overall it is better to use this. A few impressions after testing on my iPhone 12 pro with (case on with wave block inside) and without (naked phone). I tested to make sure there was no other interference. I played a youtube video several times while using only my LTE 5G+ connection with full bars noting that when audio was added to video, the overall mG spiked consistently. I used the weighted option. According to the Trifield safety range, anying at 5mG or lower is considered safe, with anything above being "unknown" and less safe.
