Update 7/8/19: the seller contacted me to offer a refund and explain that there were problems at the factory when I got my second set. She offered a refund and said that a new set will ship when they’re ready. I’m changing my review from a 2-star (for the quality of the second set) to 3-stars based on good communication and customer support. I hope to update to a 5 when I get my new shelf dividers!Original Review:6 months ago, I ordered a set of these that were a dream. Absolutely perfect—just slip on my shelves, perfect fit. And they seemed like a very high quality product. So when I needed more (for the exact same shelving unit, no different sized shelves), I reordered this product even though it is literally the most expensive thing out there.When this set arrived, they looked the same, had the same company logo on them, but when I attempted to place the first shelf divider, the foot snapped off. I stared in my hands in disbelief because the first set was a no-hassle install. The next divider I tried to install very carefully, assuming the quality of plastic used had gotten worse. No amount of careful could prevent it from snapping though. These shelf dividers no longer fit my shelves.For the 3rd attempt, I tried to install a new shelf divider right next to an old one. No luck. These things won’t even slide 3/4 of the way onto my shelf, which is the size the manufacturer specified and which previously fit this product.I don’t know if these used to be good and are now terrible —or if I just got a bum set. But buyer beware. $60 is a lot to pay to be disappointed.

Im very disappointed in this product. it broke right as I was taking them out of the box. they are completely useless. never buying them again.

The product is great for visual separation of closet items - it is attractive and clear. However, out of the eight dividers I purchased, two of them broke immediately when I slid them into place. The directions state that the shelf used for the divider must be 3/4 inch or less, but even though the shelf was within that size restriction, it seems that these two separators were a fraction off and they snapped without warning. The other six dividers work well.I’ve edited this review because after my initial posting, the Seller immediately contacted me to make it right. I am very impressed with their response - non-defensive, apologetic, and wanting to make sure I receive the value I paid for - and they didn’t even ask me to change my review!So, here’s the equation - the product is attractive, useful, and as described but fragile - the seller is responsible, attentive, and ethical - so, if you’re looking for this product, this is a good option.

These dividers are sturdier than they look. I use them to separate and stand-up books and binders. That being said there isn't too much weight put on them.My only complaint is that it took forever and was extremely difficult to take the product sticker off. I wish the manufacturer would address that.

The plastic pieces that slide over shelf to hold in place break very easily. Broke 2 already

I bought a 4-pack of these last year. After reading reviews of similar, less expensive dividers that broke easily, I opted for these more expensive ones based on the good reviews. All of the reviews were spot-on. These are thick, high-quality dividers. I have moved them around various times while organizing or re-arranging my laundry. They're still standing up strong.

I like the clear dividers. I think they could be a bit thicker to make them more sturdy. Altho they do still work well.They make a huge difference! Thank you!G.Kelley

I ordered two packs of two and the fourth one was broken. I really like this product and the other three are already installed in my closet. If It was possible to return just the one I would be be very happy and change my rating to 5 star...
