What the World Needs Now is: The Definitive Collection

So many songs on this c.d of good quality in excellent sound all but 4 are in stereo most of the singles she did in the 60s including 3 recorded in London. If you like pop tunes from the 1960s this is for you it's also amazing how many singers & groups pinched her songs & made hit's.

I liked the earlier stuff, but the later stuff is not particularly to my taste. This is not a criticism of the content here, just a matter of opinion. One thing that is clearly evident is her song writing ability, as shown here.

Some fantastic sixties tunes from the USA. The UK recycled them and sent them back, and the Searchers earned a great reputation for rocknroll! If you like Sixties music, I'd recommend this CD! Essential!!

Good c.d.there is a lot of her early work here easy listening
