Picked up this 7 lb desert sand for my plant setup and it did exactly what I needed. The texture is nice and fine, and it works well for top dressing and mixing into soil for better drainage.The bag felt true to weight and wasn’t overloaded with debris like some others I’ve tried. Minimal prep needed, which I appreciated.If you’re using it for plants, it helps keep things looking clean while also improving airflow in the soil. Solid pickup, no complaints.

Great sand. This is my go to for fungus gnat issues with most plants.

Easy to use, easy to mix with other colors.. can be used by itself on top of the groud, or mixed in with the soil.Lots of different colors available. A lot of sand to be creative with whether you're making crafts, customizing plants, making sidewalks/driveways for your fairy/gnome garden. Would even work to make pathways/driveways for holiday villages.I love the amount of sand that came with my order, making multiple projects available. The bag closes good, as in sealing. It store well, so the cats dont think it's for them.I need to go back and order a lot of diff colors so I have all the colors I need. **(Someone told me you can make hearths for dollhouses with cardboard and sand *no clue, if thats true - but I'm going to try*. ))The sand is smooth, not gritty, and able to be used for a lot of different customizations. The appearance is pretty in color.A def recommend and definitely worth all 5 stars.
