I am not sure if it works
My hairs and nails got better, but I am not sure if it is because it the Biosil, I take also marine collagen, and methionine. I do a lot of sports: free weights and gymnastics, so it’s probably goes to joints support 🤔

Has silica - hard to find ingredient.
One of the Few Supplements I’ve Actually Noticed a Difference With I have tried countless hair, skin, and nail supplements over the years, and honestly most of them either did nothing or took forever to notice even a slight change. This is one of the few products where I genuinely feel like I noticed an improvement, especially with my hair. After consistent use, my hair felt healthier overall and I noticed less breakage and shedding. It did not feel like one of those gimmicky beauty supplements that makes huge promises and delivers nothing. My nails also seemed stronger, but the biggest difference for me personally was definitely my hair. The capsules are easy to take, arrived fresh and well packaged, and the product feels high quality overall. I also appreciate that it does not upset my stomach like some collagen or beauty supplements can. This One Works
I have tried severl "hair growth" products. I have never felt as though the out come was ever worth the cost. I asked my Hair Gal, she recommened one...meh. I then asked my ethetician, she recommended Biosil. I have been on it for 6 months. It is amazing. I do see hair growth, now I did not start to show untill after month 4. I have also had to trim my eyebrows, not sure if that is related, I'll take it. My nails have never been stronger. I also hear some of these products cause tummy trouble. NOT this one. I say give it a shot
