Are these magnets vinyl material?

To me, they look and feel like a hard plastic shell with the magnet encased in the plastic .

Do they each other? (I want them to stick together)

Did anyone ever say if they will stick to each other? I want to know if they will stick dark magnet face to dark magnet face so that I can sandwich a white shower curtain between white capped magnets to weight its hem down.

Will they leave black marks on a white color refrigerator?

Unsure about white surfaces. So far, during a few months' usage on beige/light hard, smooth surfaces they have not left visible marks
