Doesn’t work with Alexa
Do not order this if you want to control it with Alexa. It requires a Umists Plus app and a SGG smart home account, both of which are impossible to set up and come with no support. Read the SGG smart home reviews before you purchase. You can control the diffuser without Alexa but was the reason I ordered it so I haven’t tried it out yet because I’m thinking about returning it.

Not really a smart device
The app associated with this product doesn't work; and it does not sync through google or through amazon without the app. Works well as a standalone, but that's not what I need, or what I bought it for. I'm writing this review because I'm in the process of throwing it out - and haven't even had it six months yet.

Wifi does not work
Wifi does not work. The reason i bought it did not work..i wanted to connect my wifi but did not work at all...

would not sych with wifi
Would not synch with my home wifi router. Went through all troubleshooting steps and instructions provided, but it would not recognize. Had to send it back.

Have this operating with Amazon Echo. Once you get it set up correctly, it works flawlessly. It looks great too.
