Can i use this to clean a caterpillar cage?

It might work since it does miracles with poop-not sure about the composition of caterpillar poop (if similar to bird poop then it should work)

Will it remove musty smell from carpet?

I’ve never tried it on the carpet -only on the cage & tile floor.I don’t believe it is designed as an odor eliminator
