Does as it should
Very good wallet, does what it should. No issues, most people say the battery has problems… nope just charge it past 50%. Set up is smooth and fast, just make sure you write down your recovery key right. Security is great I assume. Extremely durable for how small and compact it is. And I love how it has bluetooth.

Bad battery, bad everything.
I got one with a bad battery and ledger won't provide support or replacement since I purchased it on Amazon and not from their website. A cheaply built and poorly designed product from a company that has nothing but negative vibes for their support.

Doesn't do what it claims to, has high hidden fees, and has excruciatingly slow support
I really wanted to love this. I thought it would be the answer I have been looking for to securely store my crypto but still have access to important functions like wrapping and staking. But it doesn't really do the things it claims to. If all you need it for is to store crypto, it's clumsy, but it does that much. The device, while sleek and pretty, is quite cumbersome to use (it takes a while just to navigate through the process of entering your PIN to turn the device on because there are only two buttons so you scroll through the digits and select them one by one), and then you are required to do a bunch of stuff they don't tell you about in advance: create sub-accounts within each cryptocurrency, install apps for each cryptocurrency (and for other functions) on the device itself... And things that ought to be really simple and obvious, such as depositing USDC, are hidden and unintuitive. You have to go searching through their online help files to try to figure it out. (In that case, it turns out to be no big deal, but you still have to spend a long time researching online to find that out.) Their online help files are helpful sometimes, not helpful others. It is often exceedingly difficult to find a topic you want (or it doesn't exist), and often the solution it describes is super complicated and involves connecting to outside companies' products, possibly requiring you create accounts with them and/or download their apps to your phone. It just doesn't feel secure at all, involving other companies in this way. (Besides, if I have to use MetaMask to do something on Ledger, why do I need a Ledger?) And you find yourself constantly racing/worrying about doing all these things before the device itself goes to sleep again, requiring the tedious process of re-entering your PIN. If you want to stake ETH, it is a huge bait and switch. Once you commit to staking, you have to pay a large up-front fee they don't tell you about in advance. You don't get the rates it says you get (you only get a little over half!), and you also might get charged higher commissions than it says (50% higher... the figure went up at one point after I had already committed). That means you get much better returns through Coinbase even though they take a very large cut. Reddit seems to think I'll eventually get the advertised rate, but it relies on a second category of staking reward from the Ethereum network that only arrives every 6-9 months (not every few days, like Ledger's online documentation says). But I'm not willing to wait to find out while missing out on "real" returns. And if I decide to sell at some moment that I deem optimal timing, I don't want to have to wait another 6-9 months to avoid giving up on staking rewards I've theoretically earned. The transaction fees for ETH operations also seem way higher via Ledger than any other system. Sending $2 of USDC costs $9. Staking, unstaking, and transferring ETH back to my wallet afterward collectively cost nearly $200 in fees. I can't believe the ethereum network is solely to blame for that. After much research, I also feel that Ledger's staking options are not very secure. Coinbase is bad because it's centralized; if they go bankrupt, they can freeze your account. But Ledger accomplishes staking through external partner companies, and if those companies mismanage their business (or suffer a random event like an earthquake), I think you still lose your money. They create staking smart contracts for which only they have the keys. So while they can't *withdraw* your money (only you can--that part is good), you still need them to unstake it and get it back--you don't have the actual keys to do that yourself if they go kaput. (After all the collapses of centralized exchanges and lenders, I am not a fan of them. But Ledger doesn't seem to make you safer the way I thought it would, and it does deny you a support desk to help you recover if something random goes wrong on their end, like a hardware failure or an earthquake, etc.) Which brings me to Ledger support. They are unbelievably terrible. They take WEEKS to answer questions. Once they answer, the answers are good, but if you have a follow-up question, the weeks-long wait begins again. So I'm sorry to say, Ledger probably isn't the answer. At this point, I really don't know what is.

50/50 chance of getting a working one.
I ordered two. One worked fine and the other one never started. Regardless of how much I charge it, the screen will never turn on.

Buena marca
Envío rápido y todo perfecto. Tal cual se describe el producto. Si tengo que sacarle un pero es que aunque se puede cambiar el idioma y ponetlo en español las palabras de seguridad sí son en inglés. Pero lo recomiendo.
