Yoga Tune Up Coregeous Ball

I’ve ordered the ball for exercise and it’s perfect. You blow the ball up to the fullness required and it’s the perfect size for me

I'm a huge fan of Jill Miller and have been using her TuneUp Balls for years. Bought the Coregeous Ball last week, along with her book, and am enjoying releasing and letting go over the ball. Absolutely delighted on how it makes me feel after using.

Great ball when used in conjunction with Jill Miller's Roll Model book or one of her DVD's. Used daily for a few years now to perform global shear and abdominal massage I've gone through 2 balls. I've investigated the alternative cheaper balls but this is far superior and I would recommend going for this over the others unless budget is a real constraint (this is double the price but in my experience the cheaper balls fail at more than twice the rate). 1 star deducted as my second ball failed within a few weeks and at £18 it is significantly more expensive than most would be willing to pay for 'just a ball' despite there being much more to 'ball selection' than most have the knowledge to realise.

Easy to blow up don't be tempted to over inflate especially for stomach digestive reflux issues. It seems to relax the muscles an IPd is gentle. Follow the instructions

I often get bad stomach pains (daily) and this really helps just massage the area as it allows you to put your whole body weight on it. I guess this would work on other areas of the body legs etc. Great product. Comes flat with a little straw thing so you have to inflate.

Check out utube instructions concerning abdominal adhesions. This ball is perfect for heping remedy such situations

I have ordered this item twice and the second ball is about 2cm wider than the first one (?) and came without anything to inflate it. Quality wise I find it overpriced as it is no different from a much cheaper one the hospital gave me.

Very good product. Does what it is designed to do. Would recommend it.

After one week of use the ball doesn’t stick anymore! This was expensive! Did I got a defective one? How is this possible this only last a week

Originally purchased for nostalgic reasons, looks like a pretty gymnastics ball from the 80s or 90s, really cool! But it’s actually a great ball to work with. I recommend all the balls by Jill Miller fantastic tools worth every cent.
