Nice Watch but old software no New updates

The watch is lovely and works well. I can't use all the features as the battery life is really poor. Some days I need to recharge twice which is disappointing and inconvenient.

Bought as a refurbished device but was not a good one for us unfortunately. Stopped working after few months so had to return. Screen wash flickering and colour draining and the watch didn't hold a charge. Amazon accepted return without issue.

Thus is a very nice watch,when it came to me it had no charge at all when I charged it,it only lasted 8 hours last night went to work after charging again and it lasted 12 hour after I'd optimised the setting so if you need a good abatery life go for different galaxy will try for a week to see if it improves if it does not I will send it back and try and get the larger batery version am amazon wanted me to have this item collected by royal mail waited in all day but no show now I can not get hold of amazon so I'm out of pocket

Was in a unbranded plain box with a generic unbranded charger but seems genuine, watch is clearly new.

I love the look, like a proper classic watch, but it sometimes restarts without reason, or it tells me I pressed the home button a bunch of times which I haven't.Battery use is fair enough for a refurb, with wifi and bluetooth off, it gets me through the day.
