I bought this portfolio case by Michael Kors Saffiano Leather Folio for iPhone 8 Plus/7 Plus 5.5 - BlackbyMKAfter one month, the plastic holder of this phone case started to fall apart.A few months later, I decided to return it to the Verizon store where I had purchased itOut of courtesy, they exchanged itAfter a month the second case started to break again, this time I contacted the company Michael Kors by phone and email 10/29/18 spoke to Miss MarquishaThey ask for me to send the receipts and pictures of the broken caseI did. After a few days with no response, I call and talk to Mr Junior and later Miss Maria(floor Supervisor) She said that the warranty only covers the leather portion of this case and cannot do anything about itShe refuses to give me the corporate office info. She told me to email my concern and then she will send to the corporate office. Thanks to Google, I was able to get the info needed. Arrogant managers or supervisors should not able to get away with misrepresenting their company and cheat the average AmericansThis is a defected product as you will see in other reviews attached.I want a full refundI would also like for this company to be investigated as they are cheating the people of America and should not be able to get away this behavior

Looks great but didn't hold up to well. the back plastic cracked within a month of purchasing it. Due to taking the phone out to put on the charger at night. and of course, it's not returnable. so I just threw $60.00 out the window. Very disappointed that the seller won't refund me or replace it. Please don't waste your money on this product or your time purchasing thru this seller.

Awful!! Barely 5 months used and the plastic part where it holds your phone is practically disintegrating. Side pieces are snapping off and splitting. Do not purchase! Company would do nothing for me also!!

the actual holder, black plastic that holds phone in case is breaking away?? first the top then today the bottum right hand corner? Is there a warranty

This is the second Michael Kors case I purchased and the plastic surround the phone is very weak and has broken.

Got in July. Already plastic holding phone broke by September.
