Very upset! I bought this set to gift to my family. All 3 ledger nanos came up with a battery error and I followed all of the advice on how to fix myself. Managed to update the OS on two of them and less then a week later the error occurred again. The App is clunky and these devices are absolutely not worth the price paid. Now I'm stuck with 4 grand in various crypto currencies I can move out of the ledger live app. I wish I could rate in negative stars. 3 for 3 defective devices. Since I opened one to see if the battery leads were properly connected I can no longer return these. Down $600 and access to my crypto is blocked. Be aware of this product

It's difficult to set up keeps asking for the password over and over.. is it connected? Doesn't seem like it. Repetitive issue.

Die Lieferung erfolgte, wie man es erwarten darf. Es scheint sich jedoch um Produkte zu handeln, die längere Zeit gelagert wurden. Alle Ledger Sticks brachten eine Error-Meldung beim Aufladen und das Aufladen funktionierte erst nach einiger Zeit. Der Preis im 3-er Set hat eine echte Ersparnis gebracht. Alles in allem bin ich mit der Lieferung und den Produkten zufrieden.

I bought the 3 pack and spent an hour charging, setting up and updating firmware, apps, pairing etc. The third had this error. I have tried what the Ledger site says but not worked- update new device firware by holding left button. As the seller listed these as a pack I have to return all 3 or keep it, there is no option to contact the seller or return 1. The whole point of this is to make storage safe and easy, if your keeping this in a safe for years you going to have to periodically charge and update firmware (and the app) and hope that support for either never stops. So if ledger go bust the device should be changed.

Loc was right about the batteries, but i ignored his review thinking it would not happen to me too. However Clearly the entire production line of stock they sent to amazon are bricks! I got my family pack and the first one was a brick, it only worked when i plugged it in, and would switch off immediately after i unplugged it. Now i have to go through the effort of repackaging it, while only given 1 month to return it, but i work all week and finish when the post office is closed, have lose a few hours of pay just to return these rahted lego bricks.
