The covers are difficult to puncture with the plastic tool they give. I really have to muscle it.That being said they are a little stronger in flavor but still works well. I usually have one in the morning before work & it jump starts my day.

I have used this product for many years to give me an even level of energy throughout the day. It can be used straight out of the vials or mixed in water, tea or juice. If I have a long day of work or travel, this is my 'go-to' instead of coffee.

I've bought ginseng royal jelly extracts from other sources before but they've always been a bit more expensive than this, so I decided to try this. Received the 3 boxes a few days ago..opened the first box and realized there weren't any of the white pointed things that should have came with the straws. Thought maybe they just didn't pack it with the straws on the first layer, and I was right. Hopefully I won't have the same thing happen with the second box. As far as the taste goes, I can't say that I like it; it's bearable. It's a lot different from the extracts that I've tried from 2 different brands; they tasted better. However, if this does its job, then the price is great.
