Got this to take alongside L-Tyrosene to check things out - worked well for me with Iron supplement.

I like the dosage and the amount of Vit B6 in the bottle. It's a good value for the money. But I take this B6 with Zinc, Magnesium, Potassium, and D3+K2 every night which helps me fall asleep and stay asleep every night. All of these vitamins were recommended by a holistic doctor, who I respect and admire.

細かいところですがPyridoxine HClなのにラベルの化学構造式はPyridoxal Phosphateですね。どちらでも効果面では等価と考えられますが、せっかくなので構造式は正しいものを記載して欲しいです。品質面では問題なさそうです。

It's a little too early to tell if it is helping the problem or not. My doctor just prescribed it a week ago for nerve pain. So far, I haven't really noticed much difference. On the other hand, the item was exactly as described. The price was competitive. I will buy this item again.
