Excellent massage chair with many options , adjustable pressure, multiple programs to choose from, able to customize and create your own program, very well made, perfect size; arrives almost completely assembled but snapping side panels in place is a bit of a challenge.Heat option is a plus.The only cons I could think of is the fact that you can not go from one program to another without first stopping and turning chair off which will bring chair back to upright position.Speakers are reasonably good and being able to listen to your own music is a nice feature.Definitely a good buy.I purchased my chair in black from Overstock and I’m very pleased with the price and the service.

I was apprehensive about buying such an expensive massage chair without sitting and using it first. This chair is excellent!!!! Set up was easy as was getting it into my home. It has many functions to explore and experience. Im 6’4”, so finding a chair that will fit my body is hard to do. This one works very well.
