Bought on 1st Dec 2017, broke on 30th April 2018
The advert reads "100% Satisfaction Guarantee - Every HOVAMP usb c hub is backed by superior quality assurance for confident purchase. Simply contact us and we will happily send a replacement if any issues arise or your MONEY back. Try it risk-free now!"I contacted them on 30th April explaining the problem (broken connection where braided cable goes into the adapter) it's now 8th May & they haven't done anything. No contact, no replacement, no refund.
