Pros: High-back support, incredibly comfortable, sturdy, sets up in seconds, and very easy to pack and carry. Cons: None—it's the best chair for outdoor comfort! I have tried so many similar lightweight hiking chairs over the years, and this one is by far the absolute best of the bunch. If you've used standard compact camping chairs, you know the biggest issue: they lack upper back support, leaving you slouched over and causing serious back pain after a short while. This high-back design is a total game-changer. It gives you the full-body support you actually need to relax, making it easily the most comfortable portable chair I’ve ever sat in. This is a new addition to my collection of 4 now 5 chairs of this brand and type, one for each family member and now one for the new added family member. The other 4, I bought one of each color to easily identify which belongs to whom, are holding incredibly. Those we have used and abused for a whole year now every week. Sandy beaches, and salt water, grassy uneven terrain, muddy soil, concrete, tile, you name it. Supportting 250 pounds big and strong person, they are very sturdy. Children put it together and collapse it with ease because they are very simple to maneuver. My wife has wider than usual hips and always complains about chairs that are not wide enough for her specifically, but these she finds very comfortable. They fit in a small space and are very light weight, we bring them everywhere. The price is very reasonable for the quality and versatility that these offer. They do not recline which is perfect because that would make them unstable. All our friends love to put them up and collapse them just to try and see how fast they can do it. I recommend this product.

Nice chair and a good size, even for me at 6'4" so if you on the tall side this would be a good choice. Seemed very sturdy and good looking as well. Loses a star for being a little difficult to get the separate fabric piece on the frame. The frame itself, when folded, is a little on the ackward side. Goes back in its bag easily, which is always nice. Overall pleased with the purchase.

These are a great option to choose versus the Helin@x brand imo. Simple to understand pictorial instructions mean they go together fast (20 seconds maybe). Sturdy fabric and well stitched as far as they appear so far. Update to follow if that changes. Comfortable for older people too, but with the caveat that if your knees aren’t great, you are little closer to the ground than a standard beach/camping chair. Lightweight and packable into the provided case quite easily. Definitely recommend if you’re under say 225lbs. May feel a bit unsteady if you’re outside that range - just my opinion.

Lightweight and super compact. I got this to take on the motorcycle and it’s been the best decision. Everyone is jealous of this chair because of the high back which makes it super comfy!

Excellent price point. Fast delivery. Quality product! First time assembly was stiff but doable, subsequent times were much easier. Lightweight. Used for a kayak camping trip last weekend and it was so nice to have a comfortable chair to relax in after a day of paddling. Highly recommended!!

Update on the bottom So this is exactly what I was looking for. I wanted something that was reasonably compact to take fishing, but a high back so that I could be comfortable in it for longer periods. My concerns, in general for this type of chair not just for this particular product, were around durability, and whether the poles in the chair would poke into the seating area and jab you while you sat. Here's what I've found. I can't speak to long-term durability because I just got it and have only used it a couple of times. But here's what I can comment on. It fits nicely in a carry-on bag on a flight, so it was great for attending my son's rugby tournament. It went through security without anybody stopping me or suddenly considering a chair pole a lethal weapon. For reference I am 6 ft tall and about 225 lbs. The chair was comfortable, there were no poles sticking into my back, the seat material breathed well, and at least I'm flat grass it was very stable. It wasn't wobbly or rickety in any noticeable sense, so it didn't feel like it would break down over time. The height is a little low compared to a full-sized standard chair, but I think that's just the price you pay for having a somewhat compact package when you break it down. But I'll say this about the height, it's really a good balance. It's low enough that you can pack the chairs fairly small, but it's high enough that you don't necessarily feel like a little kid sitting next to somebody in a more standard chair, so a great compromise. The test on durability will be on the stitching over time, and whether the plastic joints that all the poles assemble into will crack. I saw no indication that would be a problem, but it is just what I would watch for in the long term. Because it is a compact chair it doesn't have some amenities like a cup holder that I may eventually miss, but really that wasn't my goal. My goal was compact. And what the heck why not just put your cooler next to you and buy one of those with a cup holder in the lid and bang you're good to go. At this price, and this ability to pack down into such a small package, this seems like everything that I was looking for in this style of chair. I would definitely give it a run if I were you. Update: The material is stretching at the seams after not many uses. Now I am 6', 230lbs so your mileage may vary. I will add some pics so you can see what I mean.

Bought 2 of these for hiking in Glacier National Park. They fit easily into our backpacks. Very light weight. After hiking several miles, it's nice to have one of these with so you can sit down and enjoy the views. They are easy to set up and take apart. We were able to get them back into the bag again also, that's often a concern. Being over 60 years old, the taller back was a nice addition. They do sit a little lower to the ground than a normal chair, but it wasn't an issue.

Es un producto bastante cómodo, fácil de instalar, ligero fácil de llevar, resistente y me aguanta mis 105 kilos sin problema aunque parece más frágil. Esta excelente que me animé a comprar una segunda silla para mis días de campo.

Super comfy chair. Leave those other “studio chairs” you find sold everywhere else and use this instead. I bought one because I have a Helinox chair for motorcycle camping and love the comfort, ease of setup and how small they pack up. Got this one for car camping and anytime I need a lawn chair. Ventilated fabric is comfy, very supportive and the high back allows you to sit back and chill. Plus you can stash it anywhere in your vehicle because it packs up so small. Definetly a good purchase. In fact I bought 2!

Took to a Rock Festival. Was ideal. Really light weight, compact and fits inside my rucksack with no issues. The setup was also easy. Only took a couple of minutes. Comfy. Moulds to my back just right and with the head rest its a real pleasure to sit in. Its a quality product. Would highly recommend.
