Works fine
I just tried these for the first time. I used a lubricant per instructions. I connected both leads on one channel. The first place I felt anything was on my right ankle, which I had sprained badly nine months ago. My right foot definitely felt more than the left foot. When I tried a higher setting, it caused the tendon to my right big toe to tighten up. Next time I will use leads on separate channels, maybe adding a pad to the ankle on each side. That way I can adjust strengthI wear a women's size 9- 9 1/2 shoe. The length on these is about equivalent to a woman's size 10, so they are a pretty good fit.Reg'd negative reviews:1. These are not walking shoes. They don't pretend to be walking shoes. Don't walk in them. Sit with your feet flat on the floor. Read the directions.2. If you don't feel anything, use some sort of gel or lubricant on your feet. Again, read the directions.I'm always amazed at how many people spend money on things, then gripe about them not working because they did not read the directions!

Absolutely AMAZED, Just ordered 2 more pair
These tens slippers arrived an hour ago. I ordered them on a whim, knowing they would be small for my size 12 feet, knowing there were only 4 nubs on the sole, knowing they were cheap plastic, knowing they took tens units up to their max settings to feel slight vibrations, taking a chance on a $12 item that I could return if they didn't work.I put them on, hooked up my tens, and was blown away.Immediately went online and ordered 2 more pair, 1 for my wife and 1 more for when these break down.Yes they will break down because I'll be using them 3-5 times/day for my DPN - neuropathy that had NO difinitive improvement after 3 years of doctors, medicines, lasers, neurologists, nutritionists, podiatrists, acupuncture, supplements, etc. They are: small, cheaply made plastic, BUT: when I reached down to touch the metallic nubs to check if any electricity signals were coming through the slippers, they zapped my fingers. YES, they were powered on, and not only the 4 metallic nubs that I could see, but electricity was coming through ALL areas of the sole, NOT just through the 4 metallic nubs that I thought. This is the amazing part. My fingers were touching all areas of the sole and getting zapped, and I realized just how much feeling had diminished in my feet.I found some TENS settings don't work very well with the slippers but some other settings work incredibly well.TENS pads are such a burden, connecting & disconnecting when walking, when answering the door, taking the pads off to take a shower, covering them with plastic so I can reuse them - NOT ANYMORE!!!These slippers - stop the session for any reason, slip them off my feet, do what I need to do, slip them back on my feet - INCREDIBLE CONVENIENCE that tens pads do not provide.I'll now be trying out TENS socks, TENS gloves, any and all things TENS that accommodate MOBILITY.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these TENS slippers !

NEVER AGAIN!!!!! PLEASE READ
When i recieved this product it appears to be very old, discolored, and as if it was made with very cheap material. In this image the balls in the sandles appeared to be medal but the ones I recieved were plastic and did not rotate. The straps appear to be made out of some kind of thin frabric that was poorly assembled since the material is already falling apart. These sandles are very uncomfrontable and I am was very unhappy with my purchase. The are not flexible and made out of plastic and cheap foam. This is the first time I have ever decided to return a purchase due to the fact that these sandles was such a waste of money.

Not meant to walk in
Work great with my tens unit. They are not made to walk in, uncomfortable, but fit my ladies size 10 foot perfectly. I only use them while sitting with my feet firmly on the floor.

Don't recommend
You have to apply pressure to them in order to feel anything and for that reason I gave them 3 stars. If you want something to massage your feet then look into buying a foot massager not these. If you have a size 8 women's foot or larger, they will not fit. We tried them with a man with a size 10, a woman size 9 and another girl who is a size 8.
