INSTRUCTIONS: Print desired image on your Inkjet printer. Cut out the image leaving at least ¼ inch around the image of extra space (clear film will not be visible when applied to an item). Spray your image with Clear Acrylic Spray which can be purchased at any crafts, hobby store. For glossier look please apply 2 to 3 layers of spray with 30-60 seconds breaks in between. Let dry completely for approx. 15-20 min. OR you may use a blow dryer. Insert already dried image into a small container filled with water. Paper will roll so it is advised that for the first few seconds you hold each corner to prevent it from rolling. Leave in the water for 1 min. If the clear film does not slide of the sheet please give it few more seconds in the water. Very slowly slide the clear film into your desided item smoothing out air bubbles and other imperfections with the included brush . After entire image in applied you will still have few seconds to reposition your image and smooth over it with a lightly damp cloth or paper towel before it starts drying. CAUTION: Not using a Clear Acrylic Spray will result in your ink running once the image is inserted in the water.

Perfect as long as you don't skimp on the sealer
My second and subsequent attempts at using this paper have proven to be a time and money saver! My first attempt was a complete disaster. I now know that 2 (light) coats of clear sealer were insufficient to give body to the decal. It was thin and only managed to stick to itself like skin on the top of gravy!! I added 2-3 heavier coats to the remaining images and that's the secret. They were thicker and slid right off and onto my projects. The trick to keeping them from tearing is to spray enough (but not too much) clear sealer to keep it stiff.

A precise waterslide decal transer paper!
The decal paper best point of attraction is the precision in which the end result turns out to be.I needed this for a personal project I was working on I selected this paper at the time of purchase. At first,I messed up about 4-5 sheets during trial and error, but after that i got the hang of it and I adapted easily. You must wait a good amount of time during drying to see the shinny sparkles in the paper as it takes to for the glow to kick in. Also on my first try,the air bubbles was a little there but on the second try,I manage to not have any air bubbles and everything went smoothly. The project I was doing, the base is glass so it was a bit tricky for a first timer but I manage to get it right the second time, best advice I will tell you "GO SLOW AND STAY FOCUSED...".

These were great!
This waterslide decal transfer paper was a great buy! It is very easy to use. There are a total of 20 papers size 210 by 297 mm. They are big enough so that you can print multiple images on one for trial and error if you’re a newbie to using decal transfer paper. After printing out my image, I used the clear acrylic spray paint once, let it dry, then once more at an angle. Just be careful not to put too much pressure when you’re spraying on the acrylic spray paint. After your image has dried, it will look very glossy! Then you need to submerge the picture in water for about 45 seconds. That’s how long I did with mine. When placing the decal on its destination, be very careful to avoid air bubbles. I think you can use it on multiple surfaces like ceramic or glass. I did my first attempt on a mug and it worked. The image turned out very glossy and it looks very professional. I will definitely be buying more of these!

Great product! Great company!
This was the first time I ever used this product & deciding what brand name (from the many different choices), I chose DAHLIA. It is an amazing product. After watching many videos on tips & tricks of the way the waterslide decal transfer paper worked, I definitely made the right choice! The product exceeded any video & exceeded my expectations. Using this product will allow endless ways to help a lot of non-profit organizations raise money. Thank you DAHLIA for making a product that is worth every penny & also avoids any waste with your directions on how to use it. Like any project or craft, take your time & you will be a natural at it very quickly. Don't waste $$ trying other products, get it right the first time with this product from this company! Thank you again! If it didn't work, I may have never tried this technique again, but the people I work with are excited & amazed how professional their items will be, while not having to decrease profit. Now the ideas are endless!!! Thank you.....Thank you....Thank you!!!

SOOOOO Disappointed! :(
I purchased these sheets, excited to create many unique and wonderful projects. I am a seasoned (i.e. "OLD") crafter, with experience in many, many areas. I have wasted many of these sheets of waterslide decals, despite varying my time in the water bath, using the most gentle pressure, printing on high quality, making sure drying times for ink and acrylic (brand name, as other reviews suggested) are plenty long (like overnight!) I continue to get folds, wrinkles, bubbles that can't be smoothed out, and rips/tears.Also - be aware*** If using on a CLEAR item - these will have an outline and look like "stickers". BOO. Crappy waste of money!

Spark your creativity
I really love this decal paper. I am far from being artistic (I write) but I wanted to try out some new products as gifts. I used the decal paper to create floral designs to later imprint onto mugs. The quality is beautiful and the color has a nice contrast. I think this paper will help me find a new hobby and introduce to students coming into the store as well! Definitely going to post pictures of my accomplished works soon!

Exactly what I was looking for!
I'm launching a nail decal shop and this paper, I just love it. I think they advertise for many things, but I don't think nails were included, but this paper is so so good! I found that it doesn't need to soak for very long either. I love this paper and will be buying it again and again for my nail decal shop!

Be sure to use a roller to get any bubbles out when transferring the image.
Once I learned how to use this product, I got great results. So far, I have used it to transfer an image onto a canvas and another onto a piece of glass. Choose a dark image if you are transferring onto glass because the image looks paler when there is light shining through it.
