Critters Direct Live Springtails, Mixed Seeding Culture

There was not a single live spring tail in the container that arrived. I didn't find any dead ones either. It appeared like a small container of moist compost.

Springtails arrived in great condition. All of them were alive and moving around within the container and there were a lot. Enough for me to spread them out among 3 small terrariums. They were all happy and healthy in their new enclosures! Initially, I ordered the springtails and due to complications with the delivery provider, I couldn’t get them. But because of the seller’s amazing service, I was able to eventually recurve my order!! Thank you so much!! Highly recommend buying from them and will definitely be purchasing again in the future! :)

Excellent Customer service! Even though the package was well packaged with a warmer there was an issue with my springtail order. I reached out to Critter Direct, They responded quickly and resolved the issue within the same conversation. It was shipped as I requested which was great. But, I saw a couple really tiny white things moving and that was it. Not even dead bodies. I put the contents in my terrariums but I’m not holding out any hope. I feel scammed.

The Springtails I ordered came earlier than expected and were alive and very active! They burrowed into my terrarium substrate immediately… though they are tiny I could see them moving! Will buy from here again!
