Just what I wanted and is so useful.

A nice jar. Clutters up the fridge a bit but I can always buy a bigger fridge. Easy to use and looks good. Good vfm

The item itself looks great and perfect for dispensing drinks at our upcoming party. I took a star off as I was sent a broken jar, in the jar there was a note saying it was being returned as not packaged properly so I was obviously sent a broken return. A pain as no I have to go to the post office to return but I have ordered a replacement so hopefully that one will be intact.

Fantastic! Good quality as expected from Kilner. Used it for a Bbq. No leak from tap. Washes well too. Really happy and look forward to using it again!

Air pressure release hole is on the lid, this means: - The jar can’t be full of liquid will pour out - Jaw has be be completely level or liquid will pour out Tap - The tap could do with being more sturdy - The pressure and quantity of liquid coming out isn’t much Overall - Not happy with product, I’ll need to replace it with something else

Perfect. To everyone having trouble with the tap: tighten the gland with a pair of grips to secure the seal. Worked for me 👍

Bought this water dispenser last year and only just started to use it in the fridge. The rim that holds the lid in place is really tricky. If you try to tighten it too much it pops off. If you don't tighten it sufficiently it leaks. Thought I had it sussed out then opened the fridge to find that the lid had leaked. I love the look of this and I have tons of Kilner products. Strangely I haven't had any problems with the tap as most folk are saying just the rim. Chances of getting a replacement are zero so now have a large water bottle that has to be stood upright so won't fit in fridge. I am not satisfied with this item. Better to buy a water bottle and add ice to keep your water cold!

The spout is cheap plastic and I do not trust it to fully close so I can’t put it in my refrigerator as it is intended.

Pathetic device quality and the customer service, tap is too delicate and need to be replaced frequently.

Inwas able to surprise my daughter with this as her had broke and she could never find a replacement she liked. She absolutely LOVES THIS one and get s9 many compliments on it.

It is a pretty good product but the pricing is pretty high. Though it is an imported product, it is worth it if you know the brand pretty well. The nozzle is also pretty good (at least in India). The delivery was carefully handled it and was delivered very well.
