These cover most of my lower back from side to side and stay cold for about half an hour then cool for another half an hour. I like the ones with the soft side because I dont have to wrap them in a towel. These are large and lovely. Definitely recommended if youre a frequent icer.

These are amazing! After I fractured my leg, I used these for weeks. The "soft" side of this allows you to put it next to the skin without needing a towel or anything else. They get super cold and last a solid 20 or so minutes before it's time to put it back into the freezer. My mother-in-law used this for a sore knee when she visited and ended up buying some for herself! Everyone should have for recoveries!

Works great! Lasts a long time if you put it in the freezer for over 1 hour, and the soft side is nice and gentle on the skin.

There are really nice ice packs. They are soft fabric on one side and thick plastic on the other. They seam very durable, even to sit on and they hold the cold a while. Good size. Easy to use.

Works good for knee surgery. Can slide in pants and wrap with an Ace or even towel to hold it in place while driving, doing dishes or resting. Works for about 15-20 minutes so it's nice to have 4 to rotate.

Quality ice pack! Perfect size for neck or back. One side has a soft fabric and the other side has no fabric. This allows for control of how cold it will be on the skin. Colder on the side with no fabric. can also be heated in the microwave to create a hot pack. Happy with purchase!

I needed additional ice packs. so I found these on a sale. they work okay. they get very hard and crunchy. I was looking for something that would last for about 30 minutes. Be cold and be squishy. one of them have already busted. and I've only had it for 2 months.

doesn't freeze rock hard so conforms to area wrap it on. very nice soft covering on the one side to be next to skin. the two pack is awesome so you always have another cold one ready to go. they freeze quickly. will likely order the larger one also. super value for a good product

These packs are what I expected. The fabric side of them are less cold or less hot than the side that face tye skin whether I am using them as ice pack or cold pack; this allows me to hold the pack without being affected by the temperature of the pack.

Great size for putting it on various locations in the body. Love it.
