I've used many resistance bands over the years and they all basically look the same with the only difference being the elasticity and feel of the band. The Epitomie fitness bands make themselves look different from the competition by doing a dual color setup which for sure helps differentiate them.These bands stretch really well with the key factor being that they don't show stress marks while being stressed. Stress marks (lighter coloring that appears when the band is stretched) is a sure sign of a low quality band and one that probably won't last long.The one I tested out in my photos is the 40-80 pound band and used it for pullups. It seamlessly stretched 7+ feet without issue and are a great assist for when doing high rep pullups. I used these daily for pullups and pre/post workout stretches.

I love Bionic Flex Power Bands. I am so excited to use them on a regular basis. I am a 53 years old female and I used to think it would be impossible for me to be able to do a pullup. I am not going to give up now, thanks to these resistance bands. I'm excited to reach my goal.It was fun, as well, because we had a pull-up contest at our last family reunion so my younger nieces and nephews along with me, were able to use the bands and make the contest so everyone could participate. Everyone had a great time. I am hoping it encouraged all of us to be more active as well. All these video games now days makes it really hard for parents to keep their kids active. -Kelly

This res band is no joke 50 lb to 120 lb. I got some cheep tube style bands bands that said 30lb but didn’t provide any resistance until fully stretched and even then only like 10-15lb at best. However this red bad is 50lb as soon as you start to stretch it and quickly becomes 120lb. I can curl 35 - 40lb dumbbells normally but I cannot curl this red band. I can use it for legs only. At this point I think the Yellow band I ordered will be perfect for biceps curls. However these are EXTREMELY high quality. I’m just going to wait until the green and blue bands com into stock if the yellow band is too light because this band is just soooo much better than any other band available.

Having known someone who was injured by a broken band, I recommend not skimping on strength training bands. I tested both the 40-80 lb and 50-120 pound bands. The two layer polymer construction makes them both comfortable and durable. I can't imagine them breaking The non-porous surface is easy to clean. I tie them in a knot to length for certain uses, like side-walks.The wider strap is more comfortable and provides more resistance, but also will provide more support for band-assisted exercises like pull-ups. So a stronger person might need lighter and heavier bands for different uses since he or she would not need as much support with pull-ups but might want greater resistance for other exercises.The thickness is something to consider in terms of portability. The robust construction makes them not as compressible, and they will take up more space in your gym bag, particularly the 50 - 120 pound band. But that's a small price to pay for a band you can trust not to break and to provide reliable stretch return for the foreseeable future.Overall, I highly recommend these bands.

Have been using this product for about two weeks now. I was not sure what to expect from this product as my previous high resistance bands i use for biceps and triceps sagged after 10 to 15 uses. As you can see from the picture, it came with a good pouch to store it and also a ziplock in case you do not want to put your self through pushing it into the pouch only to remove it again next day. This one came with dual layer, with very strong bonding between the layers which was also a problem for in the ones i had before, as i usually work out in the evening sun in my backyard and leave them there, which would result in the layer bonding giving in. I have been doing the same with this band and it stood the elements . It did not elongate nor the rubber break due to the expansion and contraction cycles (evening sun and lower night temperatures) . I would have liked it to be a little bit less rigid as i had hard time doing my triceps but i guess its just my strength. Any way, i would highly recommend this product for strength training for biceps, triceps, glutes etc..

These are the most well made bands I've ever used. Everything from the way they are packaged and come with a carry case, to the quality of the bands themselves is exactly what I was expecting. I've owned bands in the past (cheap ones) that felt like they may snap at any moment if they were pushed a little farther, but needed to be pushed to get good resistance. Not with the Epitomie bands here. These things have great resistance and take away the worry that any minute my eye will be taken out by a broken band. I've used them for many exercises already and they will completely replace any other bands I've been using. Amazing Product!

I just received my bionix flex band today and used it in my full body workout and holy cow. It was perfect! The width of the band was exactly what I needed for a good bench press and squat alternative during this corvid-19 crisis. Social distancing and my gym closing threw a wrench in my usual workout routine. I had a lightweight resistance band but needed something stronger. This immediately felt well made. The thickness of the band was superb as was the width. I'm not gonna lie aesthetically it looks great too and matches all my other equipment with the red on black. It delivered fantastic resistance and left me with a great post workout pump. I'm very happy with this product and hope to get more from this line soon.

Package arrived very quickly, less than a week. Came as described and seen in first image. For the yellow band (lowest resistance) as I’m still a beginner and from what I’ve tried it seems quite good quality and good stretch. Love the carry bag it comes in and I even use the clear zip lock bag to carry some other small gym stuff too since it’s thick.

I’ve bought two sets of your bionic flex power bands and use them on my 3D smith machine. I also use them on my jammer arms. Absolutely a great product. I love the high quality and the feel of the bands. Very even over the two different sets and so convenient.

Dual layer bands felt superior to the single layer bands from other brands. Really liked the nice packaging it came in with, and includes a little carrying pouch.
