If you love to bake or it scares you to pieces, you're going to love this book! There's so many varied recipes, the results look so impressive but the recipes are so well written you can successfully make them no matter what your skill level is! The photos are gorgeous and will make you want to make every single recipe - and also helpful in showing you how your cake is supposed to look!I bought this book early December and made the Cheesecake Stuffed Devil's Food Cake for Christmas dessert, and yes it was as good as it sounds! The recipe was easy to follow and fool proof - oh and the fudgy chocolate frosting was so good I almost ate it all before putting it on the cake!If you love cake buy this book! It will also make a great gift for the baker or cake lover in your life! Couldn't recommend enough!

As far as I'm concerned, a cookbook without photos is useless, so when I started flipping the pages of this book, I was in heaven! The photos are absolutely gorgeous...So, I rarely (if ever) make or eat cake. I write a "healthy" food blog. Holidays are exceptions to the rule. My husband and I decided our Christmas menu will feature one of Dini's amazing creations... the conundrum is which? The Pistachio Rose Saffron Cheesecake is calling my name, but hubby is salivating over the Fudgy Pistachio Baklava Cake. First world problems!As I mentioned, the photography is stunning, but I have to mention how easy to follow the recipes are. As a food blogger, I recognize a clearly laid out and well-written recipe. I look forward to making our first of many of these beautiful desserts on Christmas day!
