Overall the package is pretty good. The case and tools seem to be of a decent standard and should last for a while. The only issue I have is that the supplied padlock took me, a total novice, all of 3 seconds to open. Once the tension tool was inserted five of the locking bolt things were raised and I only had to slide in a hook and the remaining 2 bolts lifted. So no effort, skill or sensitivity required. Far too easy and disappointing. The cylindrical lock was harder and I did spend 10 minutes trying to get that open.So my only complaint is really just the padlock mechanism - far too easy and pretty pointless. I'll now have to look for more padlocks or better made practice locks.

A good package for beginners, could be better if some Instructions were included, but this is as described and does what it is supposed to do.

I purchased this as a Birthday gift so all I can tell you is that the product arrived when it said it would and it is what it said it would be.To me it looks exactly as it is described and I hope the Birthday Boy enjoys itI can't say if it works as I have not tried it myself.
