Design- (10/10) Minimalistic at best. And they really nailed it. Im someone who prefers minimalism over RGB (some rgb are fine ig) but the stealth black look of this headset really makes me feel premium + the Ear foams are textured with RAZER carved on top of the headset and 2 logos on each side of the Headset. Build Quality- (7/10) Quality is good, but for a price tag of around 20k INR its not something you should expect! Hinges are fragile for me they work fine but i can feel the lingering threat of them breaking down (you can find alot of reviews and feedbacks talking about the breaking of the hinges and their quality). So take care of them and they'll be fine. Plasticky build maybe for the Lightweight aspect. Comfort is also top notch as i can wear them easily for hours (but it varies for people) Sound & Mic Quality- (9/10) Probably the best Mic quality from a headset, i have been getting so much appreciation for my mic sound. Sound Quality are great but not the best in the market, but i really like the EQ settings Software- (10/10) Works on Razer Synapse, they have upgraded the software and its really smooth and problem free for me. It has alot of settings you can experiment with. We also get three connectivity mode options- Bluetooth, Wired and 2.4G (best), for different use cases. Value- (8/10) Overall a real solid product with no major complains, but the price is a bit too much for most people, not do i regret buying them but the price could have been much lower around 15k.

The hinge that holds the cups is breaking less than 1 year use. Lot of people are reporting this issue. search google for "razer blackshark v2 pro hinge"

Good for playing pubg mobile due to phones not having 3.5 mm jack anymore!! can charge my phone & play games at the same time. sound is accurate. I didn’t see any latency issue. Bass is a bit low cuz it’s a gaming headset primarily (helps in identifying accurate ingame footsteps & bullet noise).. battery backup is amazing!!! sometimes i even forget that it requires charging, feels like you can game for 3-4 day straight without charging. A bit heavy on head compared to Sony WH1000XM4 (not gaming headphone this one, i use it for movies & songs). Build quality is nice & sturdy

Good headphones for gaming and music but for long gaming sessions or movie sessions bit to uncomfortable for over 2 hrs straight

I bought the Razer BlackShark V2 Pro (2023) in February. At first, it worked fine, but after a few months, it started making a weird popping or crackling sound whenever audio starts — like at the beginning of a YouTube video or game. It’s really annoying. I tried everything — reinstalling Synapse, switching USB ports, turning THX on and off, updating firmware — nothing fixes it. Turns out, this is a common problem with this model, and Razer hasn’t fixed it or even acknowledged it officially. For the price I paid, this shouldn’t be happening. The sound quality is good, battery life is great, and the mic is decent — but the popping ruins the experience. It’s disappointing that such an expensive headset has this kind of flaw. Wouldn’t recommend it unless Razer fixes the issue.

Après pas mal de temps à chercher un casque qui soit vraiment bon, je suis enfin tombé sur le bon modèle. Je l’utilise notamment pour les communications et le jeu, et j’ai eu tout de suite de bons retours, on me dit que le micro est vraiment bien et que ma voix est naturelle, “normale”, sans effet étouffé ou métallique. Pour moi c’est un point essentiel, et sur ce plan il fait clairement le job. Côté son, l’audio du casque est génial. Que ce soit pour écouter au quotidien ou pour des appels, le rendu est très agréable et donne une vraie bonne impression de qualité. Enfin, niveau confort, rien à redire, la prise sur la tête est agréable et on finit par l’oublier, comme si on ne le sentait pas. C’est exactement ce que je cherchais, un casque efficace, fiable, et confortable sur la durée. Je recommande.

They come super fast. iv been using them for 5 days on and off and still haven't needed to charge them. The battery is really good and sounds quality is great

لا يوجد تعليق علىها جدا ممتازه لكن بما انها غاليه فيها بعض الملاحظات عزلها قوي لدرجه انك تسمع صوتك مكتوب وانت لابسها حسيته مزعج الى ان تعود عليه فيها بعض المشاكل التقنيه ونادر حدوثها الصدق لكن وجب الذكر ان اذا نزله الصوت من البكره الي في السماعات الى اخر شي ما يمديك ترفع الصوت يعلق مرهه في البي سي وتضطر انك تطفي البي سي وترجع تشغله وهذا شي جدا مزعج ولا في حل وهذا بنسه لي ما ادا الى اني ارجعها واغيرها لكن غاله وقلت لازم اتكلم

I've been having this annoying issue with my headset. Every two minutes, I get this double beep sound that's driving me crazy! I've tried everything I can think of, from disabling settings to checking the BIOS for power-saving modes on USB. I even looked for faulty registry files and did a clean install of Windows 11, but nothing seems to work. It's a great headset when it works, but this issue is really frustrating. I'm currently in contact with Razer, but that's not exactly a pleasant experience either.
