Makes quick work of large 2'x4' tiles. Set over 500 sq feet of large format 24x48 tiles in new build, excellent depth and excellent trowel to make large format tiles go in faster.

Altogether, this is a very nicely manufactured trowel. No deep scratches or gouges. Also has no sharp burrs or machining marks left for manufacturing. It has some weight to it but it’s not insanely heavy, especially considering it size. Pretty solid value for what you get here. I would recommend!

different teeth than advertised. I expected 1/4" notch. can't do anything with this set...

Excellent product, very easy-to-use

This tile trowel has been a game changer for installing large tiles in my kitchen. It has been a timesaver, and it does an excellent job of spreading a smooth grooved layer of slurry for more efficient tile installation. This tile trowel is very well made and durable. The notched edge of the tool is pretty sharp because of the pointed edges on each notch. I mention this because it is important to use extreme caution when cleaning the trowel. There is a pair of thin knit gloves included, but I recommend using a heavier cut resistant glove instead. I am very happy with this product, and I highly recommend to anyone.

Great size, allows a large area to be grouted at once. Teeth grooves are large and perfect for any type of tiling.

This trowel came perfectly straight and true, which is exactly what you want for clean, even mortar lines. Because it’s so long, you can cover far more area with mortar in a single pass than you could with a standard 10" or 12" hand trowel. You can even use it two-handed for better control, which makes spreading faster and less tiring. The build strikes a great balance—lightweight enough to handle easily, yet stiff and rigid so it doesn’t flex under pressure. The notches are perfectly sized for laying LFT (large format tile) mortar, making it excellent for big tile installs.
