Do not purchase if you have a carbon bike
Despite no reviews, I bought this torque wrench because it specifically mentioned carbon bikes. It definitely looks and feels like a solid piece of machinery. However, the zero's on the twist dial DO NOT line up with any of the Nm measurements on the shaft. The instructions (full of spelling errors, BTW) show an example of 86 inch pounds (there are no inch pound measurements on the tool, just Nm and two others, but definitely no inch pounds). Line up the zero on 80, then twist until you find +6 on the dial. Sounds easy enough, but if the zero's do not line up with any marked measurement (which they do not), you have no idea what torque you are applying.Anyway, I tried to figure it out, but I am returning it after one day. No way I am using this on my fully carbon bike. I want something simple to read and understand so I do not crack very expensive bike parts. This wrench is not that.

I was expecting a better quality... this looks more like part of a rejected lot.
Sturdy built, the click is clearly heard even at the low (2Nm) end. Also, the screw for locking in position does a very good job, as it prevents changing the torque value during operation. The wrench is quite heavy (more than 500grams).One (serious) issue seems to be the rotary handle (micrometer style), which is not perfectly aligned with the gradation on the body. This is clearly a factory fault. As you will be able to see in the images, the alignment is off. After contacting the supplier, they claimed to test other wrenches in stock and it seems most of them have this flaw, but the torque value is as it should be. Didn't have the chance to test it yet... hopefully it won't damage the bolts.Highly recommend to test it with another torque wrench, which is proven to be accurate!!

Not a torque wrench ... torque mechanism lock solid ... will overtighten/strip thread
Looks the part but operates like a normal ratchet wrench.Adjusting the NM/ft lbs makes no difference.Waste of my time buying it.Could have caused serious damage to a brand new bike frame being assembled.Waiting for refund ... heard nothing ... need Amazon's help.

Quality item for a little outlay !
This is a really quality torque wrench. It comes with a calibration certificate so you can see that it very accurate and what it's tolerances are. It comes in a sturdy plastic box to keep it dust free and clean.I use it for my cycle maintenance which requires some low torque settings, this wrench makes sure it’s the accurate setting for what I’m working on. Easy to use and set up. You can pay well over £100 for similar wrenches to this, but this one does everything I need it to and for the money, excellent piece of kit for any toolbox!

Good value - Setting gauge aligns perfectly
Previous reviews flagged issues with setting gauge alignment.I think model has been updated as gauge on mine looks like Amazon product photo and not reviewer photos.See attached photo showing setting gauge aligned perfectly at 4Nm

Did not click.
Stripped the hex axle bolt on my racing bike. Set to 2 N-M. Absolute junk and expensive damage to my bike. Bought a replacement torque wrench from Wiggle.
