Q: Can this be used multiple times?

The package contains a folded amount of green foil that you cut of to suit the size of the pcb you are working on. Once you lay it on the pcb and pass it through the laminator the green TRF sticks to the areas where the toner was transferred to ensure there are no minute holes where the Ferric Chloride can eat away at your pcb's copper clad. By using the green foil It gives nice sharp edges on the tracks. But once the piece you cut of is used that's it, you need to cut off a new piece for the next pcb.
