Absolutely love this knife. Lightweight, easy to move around. Blade is super sharp so can dice vegetables, meats, fruit easily and quickly. So happy with this purchase

Its In The Grip
I have purchased half a dozen 6 inch ceramic knives, mostly white identical blades and one black. All from different sellers and they each had a different logo on the blade.. I also purchased 2 more 6 inch bladed ceramic on E bay. After doing some unscientific tests I found the sharpness of every single knife to be about the same. The blades were identical in shape, tip and most were sharp enough for soft fruit and veggies. Ceramic knives are slicers, not choppers. This Wilson knife stood out above all. Why. The ergonomics in the handle. Most of the other knives had identical slim handles. This Wilson knife did not. The handle was hefty feeling but not too big for smaller hands and felt balanced like a more expensive steel knife. When using ceramic for slicing, I use the Wilson and likely will have to buy another.
