This is a set of 50 flat heavy duty steel tab brackets that can be welded onto your project. Each tab is 1" wide by 1.5" high by 3/16" thick and has a predrilled 3/8" hole. The brackets are coated with an anti corrosion finish that shouldn't interfer with the weld quality. There are no burrs and the edges are not very sharp. The extra thick brackets will provide a much stronger mount than the typical thinner brackets. There should be little prep time before using the brackets in the welding process. I used a few of these around a frame that is bolted to my conrete pad and they worked without any deformation or warping.Would recommend these to anyone.

I constantly find myself mounting accessories on my equipment for all sorts of reasons. A big one is off road LED lights. These tabs are perfect to weld on to things like bumpers, tractors, mowers, roof racks. I used to grab a piece of flat, rectangular stock and cut it down to make a tab, then drill it out for a mounting hole. The problem with my method lies in the fact that I'm always rushing and I end up leaving a square edge mounting tab because I don't want to take the time to grind it down and clean it up. These tabs solve that issue. I can just grab a handful of these and go to town welding up clean and even mounting tabs.

I'm constantly making up little tabs like these to use on various projects. Buying a bulk box of them is a much better solution. These are well made tabs. The edges are cut squarely and the holes are centered. They require just a minimal amount of cleanup before welding them on. They melt evenly under weld and hold well. I'm satisfied with these tabs and think anyone else who uses them will be, too.

These are great for fabricating brackets or mounts for many different projects. I am using them for some brackets on a custom bumper. They are strong and good quality. They weld nicely.
