I've been a sloucher ever since I can remember. My mother used to tell at me in department stores from across the aisle to "stick out what you got!" --which just had the effect of making me slouch even more.Stop or you will get a back brace! She said...At 16 that threat works because, let's face it, backbracesare the least hottest trend ever for teenagers. At 40 something...now you just worry about looking like your (ironically) hunchback mom.If you remember to wear it...it really just takes about 20 minutes to an hour a day training your muscles. I do notice I have a much straighter back.It is a bit complicated to adjust and having a second person helps for that initially, but then you can slip it on and off and adjust yourself.Definitely recommend for anyone with scoliosis or a hunchback momster.

I was looking for something that would help me keep my back straight without having to think about it and forcing myself to do it. I spend long hours on my laptop and I could never remember to sit straight for longer than 5 minutes. Plus, it is so easy to just slouch! I was worried that my slouching would eventually lead to rounded shoulders and hunched back. I always imagined posture correctors to be rather big and I didn't want anything that would restrict my movement. I did some searching and came across this corrector. At first I was confused as of how this little brace could possible work but let me tell you.. it does! It simply pulls my shoulders back which automatically makes me sit straight effortlessly. It is as simple as that.

Wearing this helps me be mindful of my posture. I bought it to help with lower back pain to help me strengthen my back overall. Posture plays a key role in your core and back strength. This has been extremely beneficial. It was interesting to strap on, but now that it is set, it is easy on easy off. After a week of consistent wearing, I can place it under my clothes and not think about it. This is a good tool to help a child straighten up if you one who slumps as well.

I was a little skeptical when I first bought this because I have used many items that are suppose to help my back. I wasn't certain how effect this one was going to be. Ever since wearing this contraption I have never been able to sit straighter in my life and I think it added a few inches to my height lol .

I feel it is already helping me keep my back straight with my shoulders back. Easy to wear and for only 20 minutes a day. It's worth it.

Has definitely helped my posture when I sit at my computer and work. Highly recommend for anyone who sits for long hours at a desk. Very comfortable.

I bought this based on the reviews. I wore it for a week and stopped. I did feel it improved my posture (prevented my subconscious from doing the “slouch”), however it dug into my arms too much and caused some rashing, even when worn over/under my clothes. Perhaps I didn’t wear this product enough, perhaps my arms are too chubby. Who knows? Not sure I would recommend, but it’s worth a try based on the popular rating this lil guy has. Best of luck!

Unfortunately the side straps are so short that it is impossible to grab them as in photo to adjust the tension.Very disappointed with this product.
