Oil AWN Heater with Flame Power-Off Function

just received it,very good heater,manual in german so had to translate it, easy to light when u no how, top gets very hot and radiates heat out of all sides, i have 2 other parafin heaters and this one does not smell at all,even on lighting, not switched it off yet,looks very nice, running it on kero/paraffin c2 heating oil at 50p per litre ,so aprox 5p per killowat hour,so heater should cost aprox 12p per hour., nice and sturdy, only problem is manual not in english. ive had the parafin converter heaters but they after about a year go all wrong, I like this one its in my kitchen and keeping the living room nice and warm, ubdate,fitted a eco fan on top of it off my woodburner and that works perfect, its sends as much heat around as my woodburner does without all the dust etc.

Good, well made heater. Glass chimney had been damaged in transit but after emailing AWN a replacement was received in less than 48 hours - really good service.

This a the best heater I've used to date.I would gave given 5 stars the only gripe I have is the size of the fuel tank much to small.I set my heater at 22 clicks of the wick control gives nearly 12 hours burn time.I have tried to set lower than 22 clicks but the heater smells bad and flickers alot even went out once.Please give this heater a bigger tank for those how will buy new and those if us who already own this heater.please it's worth it.This heater is fitted with every saggy device needed and if tipped over will go out automatically. It is fitted with a fuel gauge with you really do need to keep an eye on.

Comes with no instructions and it will set off your CO1 alarm. But it heats well and I am pleased with it.

Excellent product

I have bought two of these direct from AWN. They are an excellent heater, and I recommend them. Having said that the tank is too small and the automatic cut-out a bit too clever. The instructions are in German and you must translate them yourself. Poor packaging has been a problem. The first arrived in perfect condition, but when I ordered another the chimney was loose inside and had damaged itself and the automatic cut-out mechanism. After an email AWN quickly sent another, but it arrived with even worse damage. My emails then received no reply until I sent a letter of complaint to the AWN manager. Another heater was soon delivered and this time it was properly packed in good condition. AWN do not want the damaged heaters back and so they are cluttering up my garage, although I have bent them straight, fiddled with them, and made them work. But what a waste!

Diese Petroleumlampe sieht irre gut aus und funktioniert sehr gut. Einmal entzündet riecht sie kurz beim anzünden etwas (am besten draußen anzünden), ist dann aber mit gutem Öl schnell fast geruchslose.Sehr gute Qualität des Metalls / Aufbaus. In rot extrem schnittig.Wir haben sie für den Notfall (innen bitte immer an den CO2 Melder denken (ab 30€).Außerdem nutze ich die Heizung im Winter in der Werkstatt / Garage. Das Gerät ist relativ leicht und damit ist sie sehr mobil einsetzbar. Auch am Weihnachtsmarkt kann ich mir das Gerät gut vorstellen. Top würde ich wieder kaufen.

Excellent appareil de chauffage, qui peut aisément chauffé une chambre,ou d'autres pièces de l'habitation. Utilisez un combustible adapté pour éviter les odeurs.5 étoiles pour le sérieux du fournisseur, ainsi que son efficacité et compétences. Pièce remplacée rapidement après une casse.

Dommage même le pétrole soi disant sans odeur nous pollu, c'est affreux... Quand il est en marche je suis obligé d'ouvrir la porte donc il me chauffe moins... Le poêle est très bien mais le pétrole une cata.. Dommage que l'on puisse pas faire ce genre de poêle fonctionnant avec de l'eau au moins l'air serait pur😒

The media could not be loaded.  Wir brauchten eine Heizung für unser Gartenhaus zumindest während der Renovierung, jetzt nutzen wir sie weiter. Wir haben gereinigtes Petroleum mit Handpumpe, zum leichteren Befüllen dazu bestellt und gleich einen Ersatzdocht. Nach inzwischen 10 Litern verbrauchtem Petroleum können wir sagen, dass dieser Ofen wirklich gut ist. Wir zünden ihn draußen an und löschen sie auch draußen, denn nur dann riecht man das Petroleum. Der Ofen macht unsere 15 qm Hütte innerhalb von 10 Minuten angenehm warm, danach regulieren wir ihn auf ca. die Hälfte runter. Die Verbrauchsangaben vom Hersteller kommen so ungefähr hin. Die automatische Löschfunktion geht einwandfrei wenn man zu fest anstößt oder er umfällt, geht er sofort aus. Für ein Gewöchshaus ist der Verbrauch wohl zu hoch, aber für Gartenhäuser oder zum Zelten ist es ok. Wir empfehlen die Nutzung nur in Kombination mit einem CO - Warnmelder ! Es gibt weder an der Verarbeitung, den Materialien noch am Preis Leistungsverhältnis etwas zu meckern, klare Kaufempfehlung von uns !!!
