This salt grinder and salt are really easy to use. The lid pops off, then you turn the shaker upside down and turn the top of the bottle. It grinds the salt easily and you sprinkle it over your food. It tastes great and the healthy additional chemicals in the pink salt are good for you, like magnesium and iron. I'm sure I will be buying it again.

I got this to keep in my office drawer at work. I put it in my protein drink to make it less sweet tasting and to bring out the chocolate flavor. It is a good trick. It seems to dissolve well. I actually need more salt in my diet to raise my low blood pressure some. Hopefully this helps. I always find the pink Himalayan salt more salty tasting than the usual white Morton type iodized salt. I like the taste better.

I think this is the right Himalayan salt some of the salts are not good for you but at this one I do like in the ingredients it's nothing but salt, oh yeah good price

I had to knock a star off due to the size of the salt granules after grinding. It is a great product size for the price and is perfectly salty, but the salt grains are too big even after twisting them through the grinder. I have to grind them into my pestle and mortar and hit them a second time. Maybe my salt grinder was defective, I don't know. This was the first time ordering it. Other grinders leave me with a smaller granule. They do dissolve rather quickly in water and other warm liquids, though biting into a big chunk of salt isn't what I want to taste when I am eating my dinner. I use this when salting during cooking but not for extra flavor on top of my food.

Good quality pink Himalayan salt. The built in grinder works well. Easy to use and tastes great in stir fry entrees. I use a little bit of salt in my dishes . So this size is perfect for my cooking needs.I think the Amazon brand is very affordable and good quality. I definitely recommend.
